Dubai climate considerations
Dubai's high summer temperatures mean pool water can exceed 32°C without cooling, so heat management and evaporation control are real design considerations. Saline groundwater and coastal soil put the shell and waterproofing under stress, which is why we specify high-grade concrete, robust tanking and corrosion-resistant fittings. UV degrades cheap grouts and plastics quickly, so we use UV-stable finishes and sealed equipment where possible.
