The scope included 320 sq m of vibrant 40mm artificial grass, white marble pebble perimeter borders, ball-trimmed Ficus topiary at key garden corners, eight mature Washingtonia fan palms installed by crane and an ongoing monthly garden maintenance programme.
The challenge
The 520 sq m villa garden needed a lush and structured appearance without the ongoing irrigation and mowing demands of a large natural lawn. The design also required mature planting to introduce height and definition around the garden perimeter.
