Contemporary villa garden installation across 460 sq m in Dubai Hills. The scope included a crushed rock sub-base, 300 sq m of premium 40mm artificial turf, large-format white pre-cast concrete stepping stones positioned along the main axis, a powder-coated aluminium louvred pergola measuring 5m × 4m, raised boundary planting beds and six mature date palms installed by crane.
The challenge
The 460 sq m villa garden needed a strong contemporary layout that would provide an attractive lawn area, defined circulation and a comfortable shaded zone. The planting also needed to introduce height and privacy without making the garden feel visually crowded.
