The scope included full soil replacement and drainage installation, large-format porcelain paving aligned towards the lagoon view, structured planting beds along the sides for privacy and wind shelter, four mature palms craned into prepared pits and a 10-zone smart irrigation system.
The challenge
The lagoon-facing plot needed a landscape layout that preserved the open water view while providing privacy and protection from wind along the garden edges. Starting from bare handover also required careful soil preparation, drainage and irrigation planning before the planting and hard landscaping could be installed.
