Large estate villa grounds landscaping across 1,100 sq m in The Oasis, Emaar. The scope included an arrival forecourt with eight specimen date palms, a formal 400 sq m Bermuda lawn, a large-format limestone pool terrace, a shaded dining terrace with pergola, 14-zone irrigation across the estate and a structured bi-weekly garden maintenance programme.
The challenge
The 1,100 sq m estate required a landscape plan that could connect several distinct outdoor areas while maintaining a consistent, high-end appearance. The design needed to balance formal lawn areas, mature palm planting, poolside paving and shaded dining space with efficient irrigation and long-term garden maintenance.
