A structured hard landscaping solution for a sloped Umm Suqeim villa, using retaining walls, terraces and stone paving to resolve level changes while creating durable outdoor circulation areas. Drainage and service sleeves were coordinated before the finished surfaces were installed.
Hard landscaping and level-change resolution across a sloped 320 sq m villa plot in Umm Suqeim. The scope included reinforced block retaining walls, natural stone capping, a compacted aggregate sub-base, precisely jointed limestone paving, channel drainage and sleeved service ducts installed before surface closure.

The sloped 320 sq m villa plot required careful level management to create practical terraces while preventing drainage issues and maintaining clean transitions between different garden levels.
