The scope included soil preparation, drainage fall design, natural stone paving and stepping stones across the front and terrace zones, 280 sq m of Bermuda natural turf, structured planting, an 8-zone irrigation system and a combination of bollard and feature lighting.
The challenge
The bare 540 sq m plot required a complete landscape installation while maintaining a strong connection with the lagoon-facing setting. The garden needed reliable drainage, a durable natural lawn, clear pedestrian routes and efficient irrigation, while the lighting had to provide practical illumination without overwhelming the villa surroundings.
