A complete villa landscape installation from bare handover in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai. The project brought together drainage, soil preparation, porcelain paving, feature palm planting, structured garden beds and smart irrigation to create a fully finished 580 sq m villa garden.
Complete villa grounds installation from bare handover on a 580 sq m plot in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The scope included drainage falls design and installation, 200mm imported topsoil, large-format porcelain paving, feature palms craned into prepared planting pits, structured planting beds and a 14-zone smart irrigation system commissioned with seasonal programming.
The challenge
The bare villa plot required the complete landscape infrastructure to be established from the ground up. Careful coordination of finished levels, drainage falls, paving, planting pits and irrigation was required to create a functional garden while maintaining clean transitions around the villa.

Materials used: Large-format 80×80 cm porcelain paving, 200mm imported sandy loam, Phoenix dactylifera feature palms, 14-zone Hunter smart irrigation system and mixed subtropical planting
