Full lawn and garden renewal for a 380 sq m Mirdif villa garden. The scope included removing tired grass and thinning shrubs, rebuilding the soil profile with imported loam, levelling and installing 220 sq m of Bermuda turf, restructuring shrub and hedge planting, and establishing a weekly garden maintenance programme.
The challenge
The existing garden had tired lawn areas, thinning shrubs and an uneven soil profile. The renewal required careful soil preparation and level control to establish a healthy natural lawn while improving the overall structure of the planting beds.
