Garden redesign for a 410 sq m golf-course-facing villa in Damac Hills. The scope included removing existing planting to open the golf fairway view, framing the sightline with four specimen palms and structured shrub beds, installing 260 sq m of premium artificial grass for year-round usability and adding drip-irrigated privacy planting along the boundaries.
The challenge
The existing garden needed to be opened up to make better use of the golf-course outlook while retaining privacy and creating a functional family garden. The planting layout had to frame the view without obstructing it, while the lawn needed to remain attractive and usable throughout the year.
