Compact courtyard garden maximisation for a 65 sq m Al Furjan townhouse. The scope included 35 sq m of premium artificial turf, two raised planting beds with drip irrigation, a modular vertical green wall system on the rear boundary and a 3m × 3m aluminium louvred pergola creating a shaded outdoor seating area.
The challenge
The 65 sq m courtyard required careful space planning to provide greenery, seating and visual privacy without making the townhouse garden feel crowded. The design needed to use vertical space effectively while keeping the central area open and practical for everyday use.
